Return & Exchange Policy

At ALL, we value your satisfaction and stand by the quality of our pieces. If you’re not completely in love with your order, you may request a return or exchange under the conditions outlined below:

1. Return & Exchange Window
We accept returns or exchanges within 5 days of delivery. To be eligible, you must contact us within this 5-day window via the return request form attached to your order. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

2. Item Condition Requirements
To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and unwashed.
  • All original tags—including both cloth and security tags—must be fully intact and not removed.
  • Items must be free of stains, scents (e.g., perfume or deodorant), or any signs of wear
  • We reserve the right to reject any item that does not meet these standards.

3. Return Shipping Responsibility
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item). We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as ALL is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

4. Refunds & Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

  • Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Exchanges will be processed and shipped once your original item has been inspected and approved.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
